This November, voters in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties will decide between Representative Lois Capps (D) and challenger Abel Maldonado (R) in what is expected to be one of the more important congressional races in the country. As a result of the 2010 redistricting, the 24th Congressional District has taken on a very different complexion, and the seat is hotly contested. Come to hear what the candidates have to say.
