Professor Jerry Cohen gave the keynote address at a conference held in Hong Kong December 10-11. The conference was organized by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and the Asian Development Bank. His address was entitled "The BRICS and Asia, Currency Internationalization, and International Monetary Reform."
