Professor Leah Stokes published a guest essay in the New York Times this morning entitled, "Before We Invest Billions in This Clean Fuel, Let's Make Sure It's Actually Clean." 

Professor Stokes's article discusses a climate law passed by Congress last summer and its "potential to transform America's energy system." Stokes examines the bill's capacity for dramatically decreasing America's use of dirty fossil fuels -- and how fossil fuel companies are working to ensure the opposite outcome.
