Lecturer Pool (2017-18 and Summer 2018)

The Department of Political Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara, invites applications for anticipated part time temporary Lecturer positions for the 2017-18 academic year (Fall 2017, Winter 2018, and Spring 2018) and Summer Sessions 2018. Applications will be kept active for consideration for all appropriate vacancies within the department during 2017-18 and Summer Session 2018, with the possibility of future reappointment based on performance and department need.

2017 Honors Colloquium

Seven political science majors participated in this year’s honors program and presented their yearlong research projects at the annual Honors Colloquium on June 16. Students who participate in the honors program, spend their senior year engaging in independent research, culminating in a written honors thesis and participation in the honors colloquium.
