Bio:
Julia Driemeier Vieira Rosa is a PhD student at UCSB in the fields of International Relations and Environmental Politics. Her research focuses on international flows of climate finance, the gaps in the global climate finance architecture, and the role of multilateral development banks in providing investments for climate mitigation and adaptation. She also has experience researching the BRICS group, including its history, primary accomplishments, and challenges. Before UCSB, Julia earned her Master's degree in International Strategic Studies from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS).
