Professor Leeds of Rice University, joins us as part of the Orfalea Center Global Security Hub's International Speaker Series. She is Chair of Rice University's Political Science Department and specializes in the study of international relations, and particularly in the design and influence of cooperative agreements and international institutions. Much of her research has focused on the politics of military alliances.
