Two graduate students have received substantial external funding to take part in extended summer training programs.

Yanjun Liu was awarded a scholarship from the Empirical Implications of Theoretical Models (EITM) program to attend both ICPSR sessions at the University of Michigan.

Shyam Sriram has received a Foreign Language Area Studies (FLAS) fellowship to attend the program at Cornell University, where he will study Nepali.
